Minimum Rental: 28 Days "Matecumbe Jewel" is a jewel of a home!  Located in Lower Matecumbe, this charming canal front home offers a swimming pool, dockage, direct access to the ocean, covered fish cleaning station, a screened lanai, inviting décor and comfortable accommodations.    It is located on a dead-end street in a small quiet neighborhood.  

The owners spend as much time as possible in this vacation home and have kept it in immaculate condition.  The main living area features a vaulted ceiling, dining and an open kitchen perfect for entertaining.   A large screened lanai is located just off the kitchen area and is also accessible through the master suite and one of the guest bedrooms, greatly expanding the "living" area of this home.   Lounge chairs surround the pool with its sparkling blue water, and native plants provide privacy.

The actual dock is about 18' and can easily accommodate boats up to 25' in length.  The dock area has a roof, railing, fish cleaning station and a covered seating area.   Read a book or just relax as your neighbors come and go in their boats.  Bedding includes: King, Queen and two Twins

This home is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Rate Details: Rent is $4725 (low season) to $6,000/month depending on season.   Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.  If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help.   Please call the office.    Additional Charges:  $300 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes.   Refundable Security Deposit:  $1000.  Utility Caps/Mo:  $180 water and $210 electricity.    Pet Fees:  Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.    

Optional Insurances:
Accidental Damage:  $45  covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.
