MINIMUM STAY: ONE MONTH   This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom townhouse in a private upscale ocean front condominium community!   Everything you could want is located within the community -  heated pool; hot tub; covered seating area; tennis court; children's playground; basketball court; boat ramp; boat slip with a lift; and storage for your boat trailer.  The interior of this townhouse has been completely updated.  The main living level features a state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a cozy breakfast bar.  The living area is open concept with leather sofas, large flat screen TV and formal and informal dining areas.  There's a wall of windows with doors leading to the balcony overlooking the pool and the marina with views of the ocean.  There are two bedrooms, a full bath and a new stack washer/dryer on this level as well.  The third level is a private master suite with a completely remodeled ensuite bath and dressing area.  A king bed and two overstuffed chairs provide an inviting respite after a day of playing on the water on in the sun.    The ground level offers comfortable seating, and another large screen TV.  There's access to your private gas BBQ grill and only steps to the pool.  The owners have provided two kayaks for use during your stay.   Of course Wi-Fi is included.  There are 5 TV's - one in each bedroom and one in each living area.         All new beds include 2 kings and 1 queen.   Please take a moment to view the VisualTour.  You will not be disappointed.  First time on the rental market.  Pets are considered on a case by case basis.    

Rate Details:  Rent: $3,800 to $4,850/month depending on season.   Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.   Additional Charges: $330 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee, and 12.5% state and local taxes.  Refundable Security Deposit: $500Utility Caps/Mo: $ 100 water and $200 electricity.  The owner pays up to this amount.  If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Condo Association Requirements:  There is a required application and a fee of $100 per adult (unless a married couple) and $25 per adult child (18 and over). Pet Deposits: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.  

Optional Insurances:  Accidental Damage Insurance :$45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.
