WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO BOOK 1-2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE *****  "Key Largo Yacht Club #8" is an exceptional 3 story townhouse located in a quiet oceanfront complex with heated pool and marina.   Inspiring ocean views from two balconies and a ground level patio to BBQ.  Protected marina and deeded boat slip easily accommodates a boat up to 30' (33' from bow to engine.) Boat lift will accommodate a boat up to 12,000 pounds.   The onsite boat ramp and trailer storage make it a snap to launch your boat and store the trailer.    After a day on the ocean take a relaxing swim in the pool or soak in the hot tub.   Other common area amenities include a tennis court, basketball court, and playground.    This tropical paradise is located in a small, secluded, gated, and well managed condominium complex in the Upper Keys at approximately Mile Marker 99. The unit is beautifully furnished and offers a full kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve your meals.    The magnificent master suite on the 3rd floor offers a private balcony, king bed, two upholstered chaise lounges plus jetted tub/shower and double vanities in the ensuite bath.   There are two guest bedrooms and a full bath on the main level.  Bedding is King, queen, twin, twin.  This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.  

Rate Details:  Rent is $3500 to $4200/month depending on season.  Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.  Additional Charges:  $300 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; and 12.5% state and local taxes.    Refundable Security Deposit:  $500.  Utility Caps/Mo:  $75 water and $200 electricity.   Condo Association Requirements:  There is a required application and a fee of $100 per adult (unless a married couple) and $25 per adult child (18 and over).  Pet Deposits: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.

Accidental Damage:  $45  covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.
