The furnishings are new and provide a comfortable and extremely inviting living environment. This 4 bedroom 3 bath single family home (3/2 up; 1/1 down) with its tropical décor offers a spacious interior and a resort like exterior. The oversized kitchen is well stocked and has a casual dining nook. You'll love gathering for your favorite beverage at the inside bar located between the kitchen and the main living area. Double sliding doors open to the screened balcony overlooking the pool and bay. Dining or relaxing at water's edge is a wonderful treat few people get to experience from home. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located just off the living room. One features a king bed and the other two queen beds. Upstairs is another bedroom with a king bed, private balcony and ensuite bath. There are many ways for you to pamper yourself in this bath - separate steam shower, standard shower, or soak in the tub! The balcony off this 3rd floor bedroom overlooks the bay and has spiral stairs to a roof top observation area. The views from this observation area are truly awe-inspiring any time of the day and especially so as you experience the magnificence of the Keys sun as it sets over the water and sinks into the horizon.
At ground level you'll love stepping into the gorgeous new heated pool. The 50' concrete dock with electricity, water and a fish cleaning station is perfect for boaters, fishermen and water enthusiasts. Poolside is a covered patio area with a table and lounge chairs perfect for relaxing out of the sun. This area has two sets of sliding glass doors to an indoor living area with a bath, mini kitchen and sleeping area with king bed.
The numerous amenities of this impeccably maintained luxury single family home guarantee an incredible and memorable vacation experience. There are 4 TV's and WiFi is included. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.
Rate Details: Rent is $15,000/month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $430 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $2000 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $4000 without. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $300 for two pets. There is an additional $45 pet cleaning fee. Utility Caps/Mo: $300 electricity and $140 water.

This was our first visit to the Keys so what we knew before coming to the area was learned through internet searches and friends. The website for Conch Bar South is nicely done, but certainly can’t convey what it is like to actually set foot on this property. Everything is amazing. The setting of the house with the incredible views of the bay, especially the sunrises and sunsets (not a one was missed during our month-long stay) provided daily inspiration. The spacious home was absolutely beautiful with ocean-themed art, tasteful furniture, well-stocked kitchen, and excellent amenities. The home, the yard, the pool, and the dock were clean and well maintained. The guide book provided by Keys Holiday Rental contained very helpful information about the property and things to do in the surrounding area. There is so much to do in the Keys and we certainly took advantage of many opportunities. That said, there were many days we just wanted to be at Conch Bar South and enjoy everything the home had to offer.

We stayed at Conch Bar South the month of January and It was amazing! Chantree and Courtney were so helpful. Any questions or concerns that we had were taken care of immediately. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need for cooking. Lots of extra linens in all of the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable.We used the washer and dryer so we could have freshly cleaned linens each week. There is a cleaning service if you need a mid month cleaning. The view is breathtaking and the location is very convenient to shops, activities and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us!

I have rented in the Keys for 53 years; I would rate this property number 1. The picture is worth 100 characters, We enjoyed the month, too many good restaurants to list, convenient access to ocean and back country; we brought our boat, dock user friendly with adequate bumpers, hoses etc good fish cleaning station.

The house was a great place for our family to meet and spend Christmas together. We brought a small tree, a few decorations and Santa found us! We saw manatees, rented a boat, went fishing. We enjoyed the Theater By The Sea, the kayaks and the sunsets. The neighbors passing by on their boats were friendly! No complaints, we hope to be able to do it again. One suggestion, the house could use another garbage can.
