MINIMUM STAY: 28 DAYS "Beacon Reef 301" is a fully renovated condo that offers inspiring tropical views including the ocean from the open-air balcony accessed from the main living area and the master bedroom suite. This charming, clean, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. Furnishings have been updated and new items are being added frequently. This unit is located in one of the most desirable complexes in Islamorada. Its central location provides convenient access to everything Islamorada has to offer - world class diving, fishing, and restaurants. If you are feeling adventuresome, snorkel or scuba dive in the crystal clear sea or take a fishing charter to some of the best fishing spots in the world. If you bring your own boat, dockage is included with your rental on a first come first serve basis. The new post IRMA dock offers a fish cleaning station, covered sitting area, a place to throw your line in the water and an ice machine. Take your catch to the one of the local restaurants and have the chef prepare it for you or grill it yourself on one of the community propane BBQ grills. This complex also features a fresh water zero entry heated pool, therapeutic hot tub, sandy beach, an oceanfront fitness center, a community room and Tiki area. Bedding is King, Queen, Queen. Rate Details: Rent: $5,300/month (Dec thru April); $4,500/month (May thru Aug); $4,000/month (Sept thru Nov). Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent, $100 condo application fee, and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $1,000 without. $Utility Caps/Mo: $150 electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.

Accidental Damage Insurance: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: This is offered through a national travel insurance provider. We feel so fortunate to have found this Unit at Beacon Reef. #301 is exactly as advertised - felt very clean and updated. Nice bistro table for 4 on the balcony. Other furniture and beds comfortable. One odd feature - there is not a door on the master bathroom. We assumed it was for wheelchair accessibility, but no grab bars in the shower. All in all, not a big deal. We love the location of Beacon Reef. We were able to walk to numerous restaurants/bars including Ziggys, Wahoo's, Sandbar, and Islamorado Brewery. Boat rentals and jet skis available to rent at the docks at Wahoo's. Many other restaurants a short drive away. The grounds, pool area, and beach at Beacon Reef are meticulously kept. Loved all the lush landscaping. Shout-out to the on-site manager, Ray, who was very accommodating and kept everything running ship-shape. Big thank you to Andi and Chantree at Keys Holiday Rentals who helped make our stay here a pleasure. They are very accessible and helpful with any questions or concerns.
