Minimum Rental: 28 Days NEW ON THE RENTAL MARKET.   "Beacon Reef 406" is an excellent choice for your vacation getaway, whether you're planning on staying a month or the entire season, this is a great unit.  Beacon Reef is centrally located in the Heart of Islamorada making it convenient to everything - restaurants, fishing, diving, snorkeling, swim with the dolphin programs and much more.  This charming, clean and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. Enjoy gentle ocean breezes from your private balcony while overlooking the pool, beach, docks, and manicured tropical grounds.  If you are feeling active, snorkel in the crystal clear ocean or take a fishing charter to some of the best fishing spots in the world. If you bring your own boat, dockage is included with your rental on a first come first serve basis. You can even fillet your fish at the fish cleaning station and cook it up on one of the community gas grills. This complex also features a fresh water zero entry heated pool,  therapeutic hot tub, an oceanfront fitness center, community room and tiki hut. Bedding is King, Twin, Twin.

Rate Details:  Rent: $3,000 (Sept - Nov); $3,600 (May - August) to $4,400 (Dec - April).  If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties.  Please call the office. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent, and 12.5% state and local taxes.  Refundable Security Deposit: $500 Utility Caps/Mo:$150 electricity.  The owner pays up to this amount.  If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.   Condo Association Charges:  There is a required application and a fee of $100.

Optional Insurances:  Accidental Damage Insurance :$45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance :This is an optional service we offer through a national travel insurance provider.  Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more.
