Spectacular oceanfront views are yours from both the master bedroom and the balcony of this beautifully appointed condo.   Alligator Reef Lighthouse is easily visible from your master suite or the balcony and you'll be able to watch cruise ships as they pass by the reef and  adventure seekers as they paddle their paddle boards or kayaks directly in the waters in front of your unit.  This comfortably furnished condo offers flat screen TV in the living area.  The Palms is conveniently located near fishing charter opportunities, Bud 'n Mary's Marina and Dive Shop, world-class dining, the   Islamorada Art District, tourist attractions and shopping.  The condo complex features a pool, hot tub, men's and women's exercise rooms, community room, ocean front sunning areas and friendly neighbors.   Do yourself a favor and reserve this unit before someone else beats you to it!   Bedding is King, Queen.    This rental is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.  

Rate Details:  Rent: $2,600 to $4,250/month depending on season.   Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.  If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties.  Please call the office. Additional Charges : $175 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent, and 12.5% state and local taxes.  Refundable Security Deposit :$500.  There is a required application and $100 fee charged by the condo association.   Utility Caps/Mo: $ 150 electricity.  The owner pays up to this amount.  If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.  

Optional Insurances:  Accidental Damage Insurance :$45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance :This is an optional service we offer through a national travel insurance provider.  Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more. Please click on the Travel Insurance tab on our website for more information.  Please note:  We are not licensed in the states of NY and HI and cannot offer either of these insurances to guests from these states.
