MINIMUM STAY: 28 DAYS   Fish Whistle is an amazing privately owned estate located directly on Snake Creek in Islamorada.  It offers spectacular views and easy access to the Atlantic Ocean or Florida Bay for either sport fishing or diving/snorkeling activities.   This home comfortably sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms and an additional 2 guests on a sleeper sofa.  You will be thrilled with the incredible ground level open air entertainment area with free form heated pool and separate hot tub.  You will spend most of your time here!  There's a bar with granite counter top, 65" wall hung TV, lounge area, gas BBQ and Green Egg cooking.  This home features additional amenities one would expect in a luxury villa - open air balconies, roof top viewing area, elevator, central air, Wi-Fi, 7 TV's, and  two oversized indoor living areas.   Call for more information or to make your reservation now.    This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Rate Details: Rent is $16,000/month without boat lift December thru August or $18,000/month WITH boat lift;  $15,000/month September thru November with or without boat lift.  Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.   Additional Charges: $525 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $2,500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $5,500 without.  Pet Fee:   Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis.  If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $300 for two pets. There is an additional $45 pet cleaning fee.

Optional Insurances
Accidental Damage Insurance:$45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan.  Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges. Unfortunately we are not able to offer either of these insurances to guests who reside the states of NY or HI. We are not licensed in those states.    Please note, we are unable to offer either of these insurances to residents of foreign countries or the states of New York or Hawaii.
