MINIMUM STAY:  28 DAYS   "Sunrise on Sunset" is the ULTIMATE BEACH FRONT HOME.   There are BREATH TAKING OCEAN VIEWS from almost every room in this house!   Play in the sand, walk into the ocean or sit under the covered ground level area. This spacious 3BR/3BA* single family home offers many ways to enjoy the views and is priced at $11,000/month plus taxes and fees and sleeps a maximum of 9.  There is a 4th bedroom and bath with a separate entrance on the ground level that can be added to your reservation.  If you wish to add the extra bedroom the base rent will be $12,000 and will increase the maximum number of guests to 12.  There is a 20% discount off the September thru November rental rates respectively.  There is room to park a total of 5 vehicles off the street at this property.  

Several sets of sliding glass doors across the front of the home provide 180 degree view of the ocean - from the living and dining areas and the master suite.  The full walk around balcony on the main living level with numerous seating areas creates a variety of places to take advantage of the rising or setting sun and the different wind patterns.  New owners have completely refurnished this home:  formal dining table and chairs; "L" shaped sofa with full size sleeper sofa; plus a separate area with full size sleeper sofa.  The master suite is spectacular with a vaulted ceiling and ocean views from two sides and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony.  There's a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, ensuite bath with a jetted tub, separate stall shower and a walk-in closet.  One guest room offers a king bed with views of the canal and sliding doors to the balcony.  The other guest bedroom offers two full sized beds and sliding doors to the balcony.  The kitchen was totally remodeled in the fall of 2018. When everyone congregates in the kitchen, as everyone tends to do, there will still be space to move around in this modern state of the art kitchen.  

This home lives on the 2nd floor and offers a ground level entry with a wide elegant stair case and an elevator.   There is a large outdoor covered area on the ground level with lots of new outdoor seating and a hammock.   Gather on the beach to catch the rays or take advantage of the shaded area.  This home is built for relaxation and entertaining.   There are large flat screen TV's in the living area and all the bedrooms.   Bring your boat and tie it up at the dock across the street.  There is water and electricity at the dock.  Wi-Fi is included.   Call now to make your reservation.  This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Rate Details:  Rent for 3BR/3BA: $11,000/month (December thru August); $8,800/month (September thru November). Rent for 4BR/4BA: $12,000/month (December thru August); $9,600/month (September thru November).   Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.  If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties.  Please call the office. Additional Charges: $ 400 departure cleaning fee for 3BR/3BA or $430 for 4BR/4BA ;  Processing Fee;  $300; Reservation fee 3.9% of base rent if paying by credit card, and 12.5% state and local taxes.   Pet Fees:  Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis.  If your pet is accepted there is an additional fee of $200/pet per month.  Max number of pets is 2.   There is an additional $45 pet cleaning fee. Refundable Security Deposit : $1000 with accidental damage insurance or $3000 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 water and $300 electricity.  The owner pays up to this amount.  If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.  

Optional Insurances:
Accidental Damage Insurance :$45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.         Travel Insurance :This is an optional service we offer through a national travel insurance provider.  Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more.
