MINIMUM STAY:  28 DAYS     "Conch House" is a BEACH FRONT HOME with an amazing use of space.  This is not a large home but everything you need for a group of 6 people is here.  This home offers BREATH TAKING OCEAN VIEWS from the 2nd floor open concept living area, the balcony facing the ocean and the large sun porch!   Play in the sand, walk into the ocean or sit in the picnic area on the ground level. New owners (2021) have refurnished this 3BR/3BA single family home.  Impact glass windows and doors have been installed.  The kitchen has all new cabinets, appliances and a large center island for prepping and dining.   There are two bedrooms on the main living  level.  One is a king suite with ensuite bath and the other is a queen bedroom with pass thru bath.  There is an all new sleeping area on the ground level with a separate entrance.  Bedding is queen and one twin.  There is a sitting area and all new private bath.  All rooms have TV's.  Wi-Fi is included.  Central air on the main living level and a wall AC on the ground level.  Since on street parking is not an option we like to let our guests know that there is room to park a total of 4 vehicles off  street at this property.  This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Rate Details:   Rent is $9,100/month Dec - April; $8600/month May - Aug; and $7,900/month Sept - Nov.   Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.  If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with another property.  Please call the office.   Additional Charges:  $360 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes.   Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with accidental damage insurance or $3500 without.   Utility Caps/Mo:  $100 water and $100 electricity.   If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill(s) will be provided.   Pet Fees:  Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis.  If your pet(s) is/are accepted there is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet per month.  Maximum 2 pets - no exceptions.      

Optional Insurances:   Accidental Damage Insurance:$45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance :This is an optional service we offer through a national travel insurance provider.  Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more. Please click on the Travel Insurance tab on our website for more information.  We are not able to offer these insurances to residents of New York or Hawaii.
